100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • When the ghee melts, add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Add 3 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well again.

  • Add 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp rasam masala, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Add water and mix again. Add 1 tbsp sprouts, 1 tbsp grated coconut , simmer for 5 mins on low flame.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot.
