Steps
- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp ghee.
- Step 2
When the ghee melts, add 1/4 tsp rai,1/8 tsp hing,1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 3 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well again.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding garlic.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp,1 tsp rasam masala,1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 6
Add water as required and mix again. Add blanched moong sprouts, 1 tbsp grated coconut, simmer for 5 mins on low flame.
- Step 7
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
