- Step 1
Soak 1/2 cup dalia and soak and sprout 3 tbsp ragi for overnight.
- Step 2
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/4 tsp jeera,1/8 tsp hing,1 bay leaf,1/2 stick cinnamon,2 cloves,1/8 cup julienne onion,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add soaked dalia,1/4 cup chopped palak, sprouted ragi,1/8 cup chopped tomato,1/8 cup diced mushroom,1/2 tsp saunf,1/2 tsp alsi,1/8 tsp chopped green chili,1/4 tsp red chili powder and mix it well.
- Step 4
Add water as required then cover it with lid and cook it well.

Serve hot.
