Sprouted Moong fritters are tasty, delicious and nutritious that are perfect for a monsoon summer evening with kids ,friends and family.....serve hot with mint and coriander chutney or ketchup........
Take a mixing bowl and add 1/4th cup boiled and mashed potatoes, 3.5 tbsp sprouted boiled whole moong, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp grated cheese along with 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, mix properly by hand.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make small balls of the batter and pat it gently to make the desired shape of the fritters.
Heat 1 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.
Shallow fry the fritters on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
