Sprouted Moong Fritter Recipe

Sprouted Moong fritters are tasty, delicious and nutritious that are perfect for a monsoon summer evening with kids ,friends and family.....serve hot with mint and coriander chutney or ketchup........

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Whole Moong

1/4 Cup(45.0 gm) Potato(Boiled,Diced)

1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sweet Corn

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese(Grated)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.14 gm) Mixed Herbs

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a mixing bowl and add 1/4th cup boiled and mashed potatoes, 3.5 tbsp sprouted boiled whole moong, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp grated cheese along with 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, mix properly by hand.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make small balls of the batter and pat it gently to make the desired shape of the fritters.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.

  • Shallow fry the fritters on both sides till crispy and golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
