In a bowl add sprouted and boiled moong, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, mix well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.

Blend coarsely.
- Step 4
Make small tikkis.
- Step 5
In a nonstick pan add 2 tsp oil, add tikkis and shallow fry till golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve.
