Steps
- Step 1 Add soaked, sprouted and boiled moong, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 no
- Step 2 garlic, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp baking soda, mix well
- Step 3 Blend coarsely
- Step 4 Make small tikkis
- Step 5 Add 2 tsp oil, add tikkis and shallow fry from both sides
