- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp julienne carrot, 2 tbsp julienne green cabbage, 2 tbsp julienne yellow capsicum and saute on high flame.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 cup blanched sprouts, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp soya sauce and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 4 Toss all ingredients well.
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tbsp pomegranate.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
