- Step 1
In a bowl, add sprouted moong paste, 1/4 cup chopped cabbage,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp jeera and salt as per taste.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Mix well, make round vadas and heat the appam pan.
- Step 4
Brush each mould of the appam pan with 1 ½ tsp oil.
- Step 5
Place vadas in each mould and roast them from both sides till golden brown and crisp.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
