1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1 Number(18.0 gm) Lettuce
1 Slice(6.0 gm) Capsicum
2 Slice(18.0 gm) Onion
2 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) French Beans
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
62 Gm(62.0 gm) Burger Bun
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • For Tikki

    In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans and stir fry.

  • Take a bowl, add in mashed moong sprouts , stir fried vegetables , 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/4th tsp Red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander

  • and (Nestle Twist) and mix all ingredients well.

  • Make into a round shape tikki.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil and shallow fry tikki until golden brown,

  • For Burger

    Cut burger bun into half, apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 lettuce leaf

  • put a tikki .

  • Now add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and 1 capsicum ring.

  • Cover the filling with other burger bun and serve fresh.
