- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 boiled mashed potato, blanched sprouts, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1/8 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3 Mix in 1 tbsp oat flour for binding and shape into a patty
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, place the patty and roast on both sides until crisp and golden brown
- Step 6 Cut the burger bun in half and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun and 1 tsp tomato ketchup on the top half of the bun
- Step 7 Place a lettuce leaf over the mayonnaise and add the cooked carrot chickpea patty
- Step 8 Top it up with 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices, 2 green slices and cover with the top bun
- Step 9 Enjoy Sprouted Moong Vegetable Burger with your favorite dip
