- Step 1 In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 cup chopped yellow capsicum, sprouted beans, 1 tbsp chopped french beans,1/4 tsp salt, mix well. Add 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Add water, saute the mixture and keep it aside.
- Step 4 Take roti and place the stuffing on one side.
- Step 5 Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
