Ingredients

- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp suji, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp mint leaves, water as required and mix well.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp urad dal, 3 kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing and stir.
- Step 3
Add the tadka to the batter and mix well.
- Step 4
Take the appam mould and brush it with 1/2 tbsp oil.
- Step 5
Add blanched moong sprouts equally in each mould.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 7
Pour appam batter over it, cover and cook on medium flame
- Step 8
Flip and cook both side equally.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
