A very interesting and healthy addition to the regular South Indian Snack Appam. Sprouts contain plenty of Vitamins and Minerals. They are easily digestible and best food added to meals.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp suji, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, a little water and mix well.
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil. Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp urad dal, 3 kaddi patta, 1/4th tsp hing and stir.
Add the mixture to the batter and mix well.
Take the mould and brush it with 1 tsp oil.
Add 1 spoon of moong sprouts in each mould.
Pour appam batter over it, cover and cook on medium flame
Flip and cook both side equally.
