Sprout Rice Recipe

1/2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Whole Moong

2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Basmati Rice

2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a pan heat 1 tsp oil

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.

  • Add 1/4th tsp hing and saute.

  • Add 1 tbsp soaked whole moong and some spices, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well.

  • Add cooked rice and toss well with spices.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix.

  • Serve with curd or your favorite raita.
