Sprout rice is a delicious recipe served as main dish which is healthy as it offers a lot of nutrients in one dish. A perfect wholesome pick for a tasty yet healthy dish.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil
Add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
Add 1/4th tsp hing and saute.
Add 1 tbsp soaked whole moong and some spices, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well.
Add cooked rice and toss well with spices.
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix.
Serve with Nestlé A+ Curd or your favorite raita.
