Soups are one of best option to start a meal with,. Spring onions are an excellent source of vitamin C, calcium and dietary fibre. It provides a healthy yet nutritious liquid meal option.
In a kadai, add 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp chopped potato and mix well.
Add 1 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and stir well.
Add water, cover and cook.
Blend to a smooth consisitency.
Now add 1/8th tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix and serve.
