Steps
- Step 1 In a kadai, add 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp chopped potato and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and stir well
- Step 3 Add water, cover and cook
- Step 4 Blend to a smooth consisitency
- Step 5 Now add 1/8th tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6 Mix and serve
