Spring Onion Soup Recipe

Soups are one of best option to start a meal with,. Spring onions are an excellent source of vitamin C, calcium and dietary fibre. It provides a healthy yet nutritious liquid meal option.

2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Potato(Boiled,Chopped)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.12 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.62 gm) Soya Sauce
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

1/2 Tsp(1.0 ml) Olive Oil

As Required(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadai, add 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp chopped potato and mix well.

  • Add 1 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and stir well.

  • Add water, cover and cook.

  • Blend to a smooth consisitency.

  • Now add 1/8th tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mix and serve.
