20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and saute it.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.

  • Add 4 tbsp ragi flour, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Add warm water little by little and knead till a smooth dough is formed. The dough will be slightly sticky.

  • Grease a banana leaf or butter paper with oil.

  • Take a medium sized ball and place it on the greased sheet.Flatten it.

  • Pat it evenly with your fingers till its thin.

  • Heat a griddle, brush it with coconut oil and carefully add the ragi adai.

  • Roast it on both the sides til light brown.

  • Serve hot.
