- Step 1 In a blender, add soaked moong dal, 1 cup chopped palak, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tsp jeera,1/8 tsp ajwain,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/8 tsp haldi, salt as per taste and blend into a smooth batter.
- Step 2 Heat the waffle iron and grease with oil.
- Step 3 Pour 1 ladle batter and sprinkle white til over it.
- Step 4 Allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes till golden brown and crispy. Repeat this procedure for the remaining batter.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 6 Serve immediately.
