Rich in fibre and antioxidants this spinach rice pancake is perfect for kids breakfast and snack. its very easy and hussle free recipe.
Cook 2 tsp rice, chop 1/4th cup palak and puree it.
In a bowl, add cooked rice,1/2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp curd, 1/4th cup palak puree, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/8th tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients with a spoon.
In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil and spread the mixture and cover and cook until well done on both sides.
