Steps
- Step 1
To start off first cook 2 tsp rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
Also make a puree with 1/4 cup chopped palak.
- Step 3
In a bowl, add cooked rice, 1/2 tbsp besan, 1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, palak puree, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 6
In a pan, add 1/4 tsp oil. Spread the batter. Cover and cook until both sides are done.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
