Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Cook 2 tbsp rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
Take 1/2 cup spinach, blanch, blend into a puree and keep aside.
- Step 3
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan along with 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté.
- Step 4
Once the onions are slightly transparent, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, previously cooked spinach puree and mix.
- Step 5
Mixing continuously, add 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, previously cooked rice and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
