- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/3 cup diced mushrooms, 1 tbsp matar, 1/4 cup chopped palak and mix well
- Step 3
Season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and salt for taste.
- Step 4
Cover and cook until soft
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 6
Serve warm with chapati or rice
