For Palak Whole Wheat Tortilla
- Step 1 In a bowl 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter,
- Step 2 palak puree and mix it well.
- Step 3 Knead into the soft dough.
- Step 4 Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both
- Step 5 sides.

For Paneer Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8 tsp jeera ,1/4 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp
- Step 2 grated ginger,1/8 tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Step 3 Add into the 1/4 cup grated paneer,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp
- Step 4 dhania powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Place tortilla and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and paneer mixture. Add over the 1/8
- Step 7 cup julienne cabbage,1/8 cup julienne onion.
- Step 8 Roll it with a hand and serve.
