1/8 Tsp(0.65 gm) Black Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
2 Grated Tbsp(51.0 gm) Paneer
1/4 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Palak
1 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
  • In a mixing bowl whisk 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and spinach puree till smooth with no lumps.

  • Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp black salt and mix it well.

  • In a pan add 1 tsp oil and roast 5 no. paneer cubes till golden brown.

  • Add roasted paneer cubes to salad.

  • Chill and Serve.
