Palak Paneer is one of the most popular paneer dishes. Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) is cooked with spinach and spices in this creamy and flavorful curry. We have given it a twist by making a kulcha out of it.

In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 tbsp Maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp Salt.
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
Rest the dough for 5 min.
In a mixing bowl add 1.5 tbsp Grated Paneer, 1 tbsp Chopped Palak , 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/8 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
Mix all ingredients well.
Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.
Seal and Fold, and flatten into a Kulcha.
Apply water at the base of Kulcha and Place it on a Heated Pan.
Roast with 1 tsp Ghee.
Tasty Mint Paneer Kulcha is ready to serve hot.
