1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
11/2 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Maida
11/2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Panee(Grated)R
3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • For Dough

    In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 tbsp Maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp Salt.

  • Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

  • Rest the dough for 5 min.

  • For Filling

    In a mixing bowl add 1.5 tbsp Grated Paneer, 1 tbsp Chopped Palak , 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/8 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • For Kulcha

    Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.

  • Seal and Fold, and flatten into a Kulcha.

  • Apply water at the base of Kulcha and Place it on a Heated Pan.

  • Roast with 1 tsp Ghee.

  • Tasty Mint Paneer Kulcha is ready to serve hot.
