- Step 1
In a bowl add 3 tbsp maida,1/8 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter, 1/4 cup chopped palak puree and mix well.
- Step 2
Add water as required and knead into soft dough.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Divide the dough into equal portion.
- Step 5
Roll and roast the tortilla and keep aside.
- Step 6
Next, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 cup chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 7
Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix it well.
- Step 8
Add 1/4 cup grated paneer and mix well
- Step 9
Place palak tortilla, spread paneer mixture and 1/8 cup julienne onion.
- Step 10
Roll it gently and serve with a dip.
