1 Puree Tbsp(14.0 gm) Palak
1/8 Julienne Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Grated Cup(35.0 gm) Paneer
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/8 Chopped Cup(19.0 gm) Tomato
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
1/8 Tsp(0.43 gm) Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
3 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Maida
  • For Tortilla

    In a bowl add 3 tbsp maida,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter,1 tbsp palak puree and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides.

  • For Paneer Mixture

    In a pan heat 1 tsp oil then add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4th tsp green chilli paste,1/8th cup chopped tomato, and saute it well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/4th tsp garam masala and mix it well.

  • Add 1/4th cup grated paneer and mix well

  • Place palak tortilla and spread paneer mixture.

  • Roll it with a hand and serve.
