- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 3 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp salt and palak puree and mix well
- Step 3 Add water to adjust the consistency
- Step 4 Let it simmer over low flame
- Step 5 Transfer soup to a serving bowl
- Step 6 Garnish with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1 tsp cream.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve hot.
