A very healthy and nutritious version of dhokla as it contains oats and spinach ! Its loaded with protein, fiber, iron and calcium.
Grind oats to make a fine oats powder.
In a bowl take oats powder,1 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp hing.
Now add 1/8th tsp chopped green chillies paste, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp palak puree, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp fruit salt and mix all the ingredients well.
Grease a plate with 1/2 tsp oil and carefully pour prepared batter into the plate.
Steam it for 10 mins.
Insert a toothpick to check if the dhokla is ready.
Heat oil in a small pan.
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 4 no.kadi patta and let it crackle .
Pour the hot tadka onto the plated dhokla.
Serve With Mint Chutney
