1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
2 Chopped Tbsp(36.0 gm) Palak
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ajwain
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.35 gm) Hing
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.5 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • Knead semi soft dough using warm water.

  • Rest dough for 57 mins.

  • Divide into equal parts and roll it into thick round shape.

  • Heat girdle, roast missi roti using 1/2 tsp ghee both sides till light brown.

  • Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or vegetable.
