In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp ghee.
Knead semi soft dough using warm water.
Rest dough for 57 mins.
Divide into equal parts and roll it into thick round shape.
Heat girdle, roast missi roti using 1/2 tsp ghee both sides till light brown.
Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or vegetable.
