This delicious indian curry is made with tons of pulses and is rich in protein, iron and fiber.
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil in it.
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp hing, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp garam masala. Saute well.
Then add cooked pulses and mix.
Once mixed well, add water, spinach puree and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Bring it to a boil and stir.
Serve hot with pav.
