Ingredients

- Step 1
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil in it.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp hing, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/3 tsp salt and 1 tsp garam masala. Saute well.

Then add cooked matki and chana, 1.5 tsp boiled fresh peas, and mix.
- Step 4
Once mixed well, add water, spinach puree and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6
Bring it to a boil and stir.
- Step 7
Serve hot with pav.
