Steps
- Step 1 Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil in it
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp hing, 2
- Step 3 5 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp garam masala
- Step 4 Saute well
- Step 5 Then add cooked pulses and mix
- Step 6 Once mixed well, add water, spinach puree and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 7 Bring it to a boil and stir
- Step 8 Serve hot with pav
