- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until translucent
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/3 cup chopped palak and saute for a minute
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding methi seeds
- Step 4 Add soaked rice, soaked moong dal, soaked masoor dal and add water for cooking
- Step 5 Season with 1/4 tsp haldi and salt for taste
- Step 6 Cover and pressure cook for 23 whistles.
- Step 7 Serve hot with curry or kadhi
