  • For Khichdi

    In a pressure cooker, add 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, spinach puree and mix well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp rice, 2 tbsp moong dal and water.

  • Pressure cook for 4 whistles.

  • For Tadka

    Add 1 tsp oil, 2 tsp chopped garlic and saute.

  • Add tadka on the khichdi.
