For Falafel
- Step 1 Add soaked, sprouted moong, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 no. garlic, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, mix well.
- Step 2 Blend coarsley.
- Step 3 Make small tikkis.
- Step 4 Add 2 tsp oil, add tikkis and shallow fry from both sides.

For Salad
- Step 1 Add 1/4 cup chopped spinach, 1/8 cup diced tomato, 1/8 cup julienne green capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne yellow capsicum, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 2 Mix Well and place falafels on top.
