As falafel are naturally gluten free, vegetarian & high protein food. Clubbed with some salad it makes it even more delicious!
Add soaked, sprouted and boiled moong, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 no. garlic, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp baking soda, mix well.
Make small tikkis.
Add 2 tsp oil, add tikkis and shallow fry from both sides.
Add 1/4th cup chopped spinach, 1/8th cup diced tomato, 1/8 th cup julienne red capsicum, 1/8th cup julienne yellow capsicum, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Mix Well and place falafels on top.
