  • Add 1 tsp coconut oil in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 3 tbsp chopped onion and sauté.

  • Once onions are translucent, add 1/4 tsp salt and 1 cup previously made spinach puree and cooked dal.

  • Mix and cover it and allow it to cook.

  • Once it starts simmering, add a little water and allow it to simmer for few more minutes.

  • Once cooked, turn off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1 tsp cream.

  • Serving hot.
