Steps
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl to add 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp amchur, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd
- Step 2 Mix properly with hand
- Step 3 Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make kebabs and keep aside
- Step 4 Heat 4 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan
- Step 5 Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown
- Step 6 Serve hot
