Spinach Curd Kabab Recipe

Flavorful spinach Nestlé A+ Curd kabab is an excellent appetizer snack with a crunchy and flaky texture that is a healthier alternative to junk foods.

1/2 Chopped Cup(27.0 gm) Palak
1/2 Boiled Mashed Cup(111.0 gm) Potato
2.0 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
4.0 Tsp(13.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a mixing bowl to add 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp amchur, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd.

  • Mix properly with hand.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make kebabs and keep aside.

  • Heat 4 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.

  • Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
