A popular vegetarian alternative to the meat version of kabab, is a healthy lip-smacking starter filled with all necessary nutrients , made with a variety of vegetables.
Take a mixing bowl to add 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp amchur, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp jeera and 3 tbsp curd.
Using your hand mix properly.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make kebabs and keep aside.
Heat 4 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.
Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with condiments.
