1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Maida
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.43 gm) Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • For Palak Tortilla

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp maida,1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter,1 tbsp palak puree and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides.

  • For Paneer Mixture

    In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8th tsp jeers ,1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/8th tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/4 cup grated paneer,1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/4th tsp garam masala ,1/8th tsp Salt and mix well.

  • Place palak tortilla and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and paneer mixture.

  • Roll it with a hand and serve.
