- Step 1
For Dough
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp butter, salt as per taste, and mix well.
- Step 2
Knead into the soft dough using water as required. Cover and rest the dough for a few minutes.
- Step 3
Roll out the dough to make a round roti.
- Step 4
For Spinach Cottage Cheese Filling
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp chopped parsley, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, salt as per taste, and whisk it till smooth.
- Step 5
Add 1/8 cup chopped spinach, 2 tbsp grated cottage cheese, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp grated carrot and mix well.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7
For Spinach Cottage Cheese Roll
Heat 1/2 tsp butter in a nonstick tawa and place the roti. Let it roast from both sides, and spread the filling over the roti and cook for few minutes.

Roll it and serve.
