- Step 1 Heat kadhai, keep it on medium flame & add 2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp onion, saute. Then add 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp garlic, saute. Add 1 tbsp tomato and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp green chilli, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and saute.
- Step 3 Add 3 tbsp sweet corn and 1/4 cup spinach which has been pureed, water as required & mix well.
- Step 4 Cover with a lid & cook for few minutes.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Remove the lid & add 2 tsp cream, mix well.
- Step 7 Cook for a minute & serve hot.
