Spinach Corn Soup Recipe

1/2 Cup(27.0 gm) Palak(Chopped)

2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Sweet Corn

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger(Grated)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1 tsp butter in a frying pan, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp ginger, 1 tbsp pureed onion and sauté.

  • Once slightly cooked, add 1/4th cup pureed spinach and sauté.

  • Once it starts to simmer, add a little water, 2 tbsp corn, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with cream.

  • Serve hot.
