- Step 1
For the dough
In 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, add 1.5 tbsp corn flour, 1/8th tsp salt and enough water
- Step 2
Knead it into a soft dough
- Step 3
Roll out.
- Step 4
Roast on both the sides
- Step 5
For the mixture
Heat 3 tsp oil , add 1/4th tsp jeera, allow it to crackle
- Step 6
Add 1/8th tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, mashed corn and mix it well.
- Step 7
Add enough water
- Step 8
Mix it well
- Step 9
Fill the mixture in the prepared chapati
- Step 10
Apply 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Step 11
Roll and serve
