- Step 1 In a bowl add 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp corn flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 2 Pour in little water and knead it into a soft dough
- Step 3 Take a dough ball and roll into a round shape
- Step 4 Heat a pan, place the chapati and cook on both sides and set aside
- Step 5 Heat another pan, add 3 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle
- Step 6 Add 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, mashed corn and mix everything together
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8 Pour in little water and cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 9 Take the chapati, add the spinach corn mixture in centre and top it up with tomato ketchup
- Step 10 Wrap the roll and serve
