1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.63 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Cube Cup(20.0 gm) Paneer
1/8 Tsp(0.18 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/8 Tsp(0.14 gm) Mixed Herbs
2 4"(53.0 gm) White Bread
1 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1/8 Boiled Cup(21.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1/8 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
  • For Filling

    Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a pan add 1/4th tbsp grated garlic,1/8th cup chopped onion and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/8th cup sweet corn,1/2 cup chopped palak,1/2 tbsp maida,1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, mix and cook it till thick consistency.

  • Add 1/8th cup paneer cubes,1/4th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp red chilly flakes,1/8th tsp mix herbs and mix it well.

  • For Sandwich

    Place bread slice then spread 1 tbsp grated cheese ,filling and cover with another bread slice.

  • Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan then place sandwich and toast from both the sices.

  • Serve
