Spinach Corn Paneer Toast Sandwich is the best way to eat healthy vegetables for kids & adults both.
Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a pan add 1/4th tbsp grated garlic,1/8th cup chopped onion and saute it well.
Add into the 1/8th cup sweet corn,1/2 cup chopped palak,1/2 tbsp maida,1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, mix and cook it till thick consistency.
Add 1/8th cup paneer cubes,1/4th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp red chilly flakes,1/8th tsp mix herbs and mix it well.
Place bread slice then spread 1 tbsp grated cheese ,filling and cover with another bread slice.
Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan then place sandwich and toast from both the sices.
