Iron packed, carb rich appetizer giving high satiety and taste. A perfect start to a healthy meal.
Blanch 1/2 cup palak and make smooth puree.
Puree 1 tbsp onion.
Cook 1/8th cup macroni.
Heat 1 tsp butter in a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp ginger, 1 tbsp pureed onion and saute.
Once slightly cooked, add 1/4th cup pureed spinach and saute.
Once it starts to simmer, add a little water, 1 tbsp corn, cooked macroni, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with cream.
Serve the soup piping hot.
