Spinach Corn Macaroni Soup Recipe

1/2 Cup(27.0 gm) Palak (Chopped)

1/8 Cup(12.0 gm) Macroni

1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sweet Corn

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger (Grated)

1/8 Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper Powder

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter

As Require(150.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreapartion

    Blanch 1/2 cup palak and make smooth puree.

  • Puree 1 tbsp onion.

  • Cook 1/8th cup macroni.

  • For macaroni

    Heat 1 tsp butter in a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/4th tsp ginger, 1 tbsp pureed onion and saute.

  • Once slightly cooked, add 1/4th cup pureed spinach and saute.

  • Once it starts to simmer, add a little water, 1 tbsp corn, cooked macroni, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with cream.

  • Serve the soup piping hot.
