  • For Tahini Paste

    Take a grinding jar to add 1 tbsp white til, 3 tsp olive oil, and 1/4th tsp salt. Blend and keep aside.

  • For Spinach Artichoke

    In a pan heat 1/4th tsp olive oil add 2 number of garlic,1/4th cup chopped palak, and 1/8th cup boiled corn saute all nicely.

  • For Hummus

    In a grinder add cooked chole ,palak corn mixture,1 tsp lemon Juice,tahini paste,1/4th tsp salt,water as required and grind in a smooth paste.
