- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1.5 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic, and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and mix it
- Step 3 Add 3/4 cup chopped palak, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn and saute for a minute
- Step 4 Mix everything together and set aside
- Step 5 Heat another pan, add 1.5 tsp butter, 2 tbsp maida and roast until light brown
- Step 6 Pour in Nestlé A+ Milk and stir quickly for a smooth consistency.
- Step 7 Simmer for a minute until it thickens a little
- Step 8 Add the cooked spinach and corn mixture and mix everything together and set aside
- Step 9 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 10 Pour in little water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 11 Cover and rest the dough for 5 minutes
- Step 12 Roll a dough ball to a round shape
- Step 13 Heat a pan, place the chapati and cook on both sides until light brown
- Step 14 Add a spoonful of the spinach corn mixture on one side, fold the other half
- Step 15 Cook for a minute until both sides are crisp
- Step 16 Serve hot.
