Steps
- Step 1
To prepare the mixture, add 2 tbsp of grated fresh coconut and 3 tbsp of chopped palak into a bowl.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp of green chilli paste, and 1/8 tsp each of grated ginger and salt.
- Step 3
Drizzle 1/2 tsp lemon juice and sprinkle 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 4
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5
Next, add 1/2 cup of boiled mashed potato and 1 tbsp corn flour into a mixing bowl.
- Step 6
Knead into a smooth dough.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 8
Take a small portion of the dough, flatten it and add the mixture.
- Step 9
Shape carefully into rolls.
- Step 10
Coat the rolls with 2 tsp bread crumbs
- Step 11
Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan and deep fry until golden brown.
- Step 12
Spinach coconut rolls are ready to serve.
