1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
2.0 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
35.0 Ml(35.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan add 1 tsp oil,1 tbsp chopped onion. Saute till golden brown.

  • Then add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste,1/8th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp garam masala,1/8th tsp salt,Water as required ,1 tbsp peas, 2 tbsp grated coconut ,1/2 cup palak ,water as required.Cover and cook.

  • For Sheet

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour,1 tbsp maida,1/8th tsp salt.Add water

  • Knead Into a dough

  • Roll out using a rolling pin

  • Add mixture & seal in square shape

  • For frying

    Heat oil for frying.

  • Deep fry till golden brown

  • Serve Hot
