Spinach Coconut Pocket is a healthy yet tasty snack option. It is packed with carbohydrates fibre and micro nutrients as coconut is a great source of electrolytes and minerals which makes the recipe nutrient dense.
In a pan add 1 tsp oil,1 tbsp chopped onion. Saute till golden brown.
Then add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste,1/8th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp garam masala,1/8th tsp salt,Water as required ,1 tbsp peas, 2 tbsp grated coconut ,1/2 cup palak ,water as required.Cover and cook.
In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour,1 tbsp maida,1/8th tsp salt.Add water
Knead Into a dough
Roll out using a rolling pin
Add mixture & seal in square shape
Heat oil for frying.
Deep fry till golden brown
