- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp boiled shredded chicken, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp grated carrot, blanched spinach, prepared hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, salt as per taste and mix it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Take one slice of multigrain bread, and spread the prepared chicken stuffing on it.
- Step 4 Place another multigrain bread slice on top.
- Step 5 To grill, brush with 1/2 tsp butter and place the sandwich.
- Step 6 Once done, serve the chicken sandwich with ketchup.
