For Spinach Gnocchi
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato,2 tbsp wheat flour, spinach puree made by grinding 1.5 tbsp chopped spinach, 1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp black pepper powder and knead into a dough.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Make gnocchi using a fork and boil it in water till it is cooked.

For Cheese Garlic Gnocchi Pasta
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil then add 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add little water, the cooked gnocchi , 1/8 cup cooked shredded chicken ,1/8 tsp salt, 20g parmesan cheese, mix and cook till the cheese melts.
- Step 3 Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley and serve hot.
