For Puff Pastry Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3/4 cup wheat flour and 1/2 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 2 Add chilled water as required and knead into a soft dough. Dust 2 tbsp wheat
- Step 3 flour on the surface, place the dough, and shape it into a rectangle using your
- Step 4 hands.
- Step 5 Roll it out with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape as shown in the video.
- Step 6 Brush off the excess flour from the surface of the flattened dough.
- Step 7 Apply 1 tbsp butter to 2/3 of the dough, leaving a 1/2inch gap on both sides.
- Step 8 Fold the pastry as shown, ensuring to brush off any excess flour.
- Step 9 Wrap it with cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Step 10 After an hour, repeat the rolling steps and refrigerate for another 3540 minutes.
- Step 11 Once the butter has firmed up, repeat the rolling steps two more times, applying
- Step 12 the remaining 2 tbsp butter with refrigeration for 30 minutes each time.
- Step 13 Finally, flatten the dough again into a rectangular shape, fold without applying
- Step 14 butter, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Repeat this step two more times.

- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1/8 cup grated cheese,
- Step 2 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, and 1 cup chopped
- Step 3 spinach. Mix well.
- Step 4 Place a pastry sheet on a clean surface and brush it with egg wash.
- Step 5 Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the pastry and roll it up by hand.Then, cut it into thick slices.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Line a baking tray with butter paper and place the slices on it. Brush the tops of
- Step 8 the slices with egg wash.
- Step 9 Bake at 400 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes and serve.
