3.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
4 Number(7.0 gm) Palak
4.0 Grated Tbsp(31.0 gm) Cheese
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
For Batter
In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/4th tsp salt, water and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
For Fritters
Take one blanched spinach leaf then put some cheese and pack like a pocket.
Dip in the flour batter and shallow fry in a heated appam maker till golden in colour.
Serve hot.
