- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 cup chopped spinach,1.5 tbsp grated cheese,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 3 Place 2 slices of brown wheat bread, trim the edges and roll out using a rolling pin till it flattens.
- Step 4 Add the filling and roll with hand then seal the edges with water.
- Step 5 Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a nonstick pan and roast cutlet from both sides.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
