- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp diced onion and 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp chopped carrot, 1/3 cup chopped palak, 1 tbsp sweet corn and cook until soft
- Step 3 Season with 1/4 tsp each of dhania powder, garam masala and salt for taste
- Step 4 Add 2 tsp cream and a little water for cooking
- Step 5 Cover with a lid and cook until soft
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve this yummy colorful sabji with chapati
