Steps
- Step 1 In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger and 1 tsp Chopped Garlic, 1 tbsp diced onion and 1
- Step 3 5 tbsp chopped tomato, and saute well
- Step 4 Next, add 3 tbsp of chopped carrot, 1/3 cup of chopped palak, 1 tbsp sweet corn, and saute again
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp each of dhania powder, and garam masala and 1/4 tsp salt and saute well again
- Step 6 Add 2 tsp cream, sufficient water, close with a lid and cook
- Step 7 Add white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist
