A highly nutritious sabji made with a variety of vegetables to add on good amounts of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients in the daily meal.
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger and 1 tsp Chopped Garlic, 1 tbsp diced onion and 1.5 tomato, and saute well.
Next, add 3 tbsp of chopped carrot, 1/3 cup of chopped palak, 1 tbsp sweet corn, and saute again.
Add 1/4th tsp each of dhania powder, and garam masala and 1/4th tsp salt and saute well again.
Add 2 tsp cream, sufficient water, close with a lid and cook.
Add white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
