1/3 Chopped Cup(18.0 gm) Palak

3.0 Chopped Tbsp(28.0 gm) Orange Carrot

2.0 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) Tomato

1.0 Boiled Tbsp(12.0 gm) Sweet Corn

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion

2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Cream

1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic

1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger and 1 tsp Chopped Garlic, 1 tbsp diced onion and 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato, and saute well.
Next, add 3 tbsp of chopped carrot, 1/3 cup of chopped palak, 1 tbsp sweet corn, and saute again.
Add 1/4 tsp each of dhania powder, and garam masala and 1/4 tsp salt and saute well again.
Add 2 tsp cream, sufficient water, close with a lid and cook.
Add white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
