  • In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger and 1 tsp Chopped Garlic, 1 tbsp diced onion and 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato, and saute well.

  • Next, add 3 tbsp of chopped carrot, 1/3 cup of chopped palak, 1 tbsp sweet corn, and saute again.

  • Add 1/4 tsp each of dhania powder, and garam masala and 1/4 tsp salt and saute well again.

  • Add 2 tsp cream, sufficient water, close with a lid and cook.

  • Add white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
