25 Gm(25.0 gm) Buckwheat Pasta

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1/8 Tsp(0.3 ml) Olive Oil

166.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water

1.0 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

2 Chopped Tbsp(36.0 gm) Palak

1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Cream

1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic

1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Oregano

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
Boil 25 gm buckwheat pasta with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp olive oil.
Blend 2 tbsp Chopped Palak into Puree.
In a pan, add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well, add 1 tbsp whole wheat flour and mix.
Now gradually add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and stir.
Add palak puree and saute again.
Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp salt, and mix well.
Now, add the cooked pasta.
Mix well and serve hot.
