Steps
- Step 1 Boil 25 gm buckwheat pasta with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp olive oil
- Step 2 Blend 2 tbsp chopped palak into puree
- Step 3 In a pan, add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well, add 1 tbsp whole wheat flour and mix
- Step 4 Now gradually add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and stir
- Step 5 Add palak puree and saute again
- Step 6 Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp salt, and mix well
- Step 7 Now, add 1 tbsp cream and cooked pasta
- Step 8 Mix well and serve hot
