- Step 1 In a kadhai add 1/8 cup brown rice, water as required,1/2 sliced ginger, cover,1 tbsp chopped carrot, and cook it till rice is done and congee is lightly thick.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup chopped spinach, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix and let it simmer for few minutes.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding tofu.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
