- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp corn flour and roast for a minute.
- Step 3 Pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and keep stirring to prevent lumps.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp palak puree and give it a good mix.
- Step 5 Add 1/8 cup sliced baby corn, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum and cook until tender.
- Step 6 Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp oregano.
- Step 7 Sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese and 2 tbsp grated beetroot.
- Step 8 Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 9 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped sweet corn
- Step 10 Serve warm with your choice of bread.
