- Step 1
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2
Saute 1/4 tsp grated garlic along with 1/2 cup chopped palak, 25 gm tuna, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves.
- Step 4
Saute this and keep aside.
- Step 5
In a separate bowl, take 1 tbsp wheat flour and 1 tbsp oats flour.
- Step 6
Add 1 egg and some water.
- Step 7
Then add 1/4 tsp salt and beat well.
- Step 8
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in another pan.
- Step 9
Spread pancake batter in pan. Add sauteed tuna on top and press gently.
- Step 10
Cover and cook on low to medium heat.
- Step 11
Flip carefully and serve hot.
