These wholesome spinach and tuna pancakes are healthy, nutritious and full of flavour.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
Saute 1/4th tsp grated garlic along with 1/2 cup chopped palak, 25 gm tuna, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tbsp grated cheese.
Saute this and keep aside.
In a separate bowl, take 1 tbsp wheat flour and 1 tbsp oats flour.
Add 1 egg and some water.
Then add 1/4th tsp salt and beat well.
Heat 1 tsp oil in another pan.
Spread pancake batter in pan.
Allow to cook from the bottom then add Sauteed tuna on top.
Flip carefully and serve hot.
