Spinach and Tuna Pancake Recipe

50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese
1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Flour Tbsp(6.0 gm) Oats
25 Gm(25.0 gm) Tuna
2 Tbsp(28.0 ml) Tomato Puree
1/2 Chopped Cup(27.0 gm) Palak
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Saute 1/4th tsp grated garlic along with 1/2 cup chopped palak, 25 gm tuna, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tbsp grated cheese.

  • Saute this and keep aside.

  • In a separate bowl, take 1 tbsp wheat flour and 1 tbsp oats flour.

  • Add 1 egg and some water.

  • Then add 1/4th tsp salt and beat well.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in another pan.

  • Spread pancake batter in pan.

  • Allow to cook from the bottom then add Sauteed tuna on top.

  • Flip carefully and serve hot.
